Going Native

Not that I'm going Native - I am Native (Californian!!) ~ but yesterday I visited f21 (forever 21) and fell in love with the whole Indian sequined top look....only I'm going to go where the locals know to shop - Little India - to buy mine. It might be more expensive but at least it will be authentic! Thinking I might even break out for more than one -- so I've got choices. Plus I can wear them so many different ways!!

My girlfriend (as in friend that is a girl) wears hers with a Mini and boots - looks sooooo hot! Which I can't pull but that's ok......I'm going to sport mine to the beach - the perfect little a peek-a-boo without showing my boo......I'm sure they've got a color to go with the hot Poko Pano bikini my friend told me she saw down in the O.C. ~~

Oh and tried the puffy skirt that we are all supposed to be wearing ~ unless you are Giselle, they've got to be kidding! Another fashion not for me -- though I love the look. Think I'm going to buy one, take it in and make it all mine.....

Did score a totally cool pair of white Audreyesque shades -- they are going to look soooo good when I'm tan!

Girls' gotta find the bag for summer -- any suggestions?

Thank GOD February is over! The rain was sooo depressing! Who knew I'd be wearing my rubber boots SO MUCH this winter! I long to wear flip flops, a cute sundress and my movie star sunglasses again ~ it is true I'm dreaming of Summer - even Spring would be wonderful!!

One look in the mirror tells me to get back to the gym because swim suit season is going to be scary otherwise. No more Starbucks Fraps for me till Summer is here!! Oh and finding a suit - ugh. The WORST! Though one of my gal pals just turned me onto a cool little swim line called Poko Pano. Can't wait to find it - she swears it makes your butt look great - I'm game to see for myself (because I need the help after this wet winter!).

My fashion fix for today - sunless tanner and a power walk in my cute Adidas sweats (without the stop at Starbucks!).
